Hölloch Center
The Hölloch is one of the largest cave systems in the world, with over 207 kilometers of mapped passages. In the new visitor center, the unique geological wonder of the Hölloch is presented in a captivating way.
The center invites you to explore fascinating topics such as humans and cave, climate and vegetation before the Ice Ages, the karst landscape with the largest spruce forest in the Alpine region, geological processes, weather phenomena, and the history of tourism surrounding the Hölloch. Inspiring exhibits and interactive content make your visit a truly memorable experience.
In addition, the Hölloch Center offers modern facilities for offices, reception, storage, and changing rooms, ensuring all activities related to the Hölloch – from reservation to farewell – can be carried out smoothly.
On Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., we invite you to our Open Day (and the open Hölloch gate).
